Eric did an INCREDIBLE job! He was so precise and detail oriented. Very friendly and communicated with me very well. My carpet hasn’t looked this good since we had it put in! And no sticky film on it when they were done. Definitely only use Zerorez and will ask for Eric every time.

The technician did an excellent job on my furniture. I needed my sofa and love seat "pet" cleaned for odor and excessive hair and dog abuse. They did a wonderful job cleaning up as much residue as possible from my furniture. I am quite happy with the odor removal. The technician worked hard and explained his process when needed. He was completed within two hours and left my home clean and tidy. He was very considerate of my personal belongings to ensure that he was respectful and careful. I will use Zerorez again.
