your services for pet stains were way too expensive
ridiculous prices for a small spot that took less than 1 minute to treat.
very dissapointed.

Eric did a great job. Carpets came out better than expected! Doggy dirt was all gone! Eric even cleaned a small area rug in the living room. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!!!

MY CARPET IS FRESH AND CLEAN AND REVIVED AND SMELLS WONDERFUL.
ALL SPOTS REMOVED AND CARPET SEEMS THICKER YET LITE AND FLUFFY.
THE SERVICE MAN LISTENED WELL TO WHAT I WAS WANTING. HIS WORK WAS THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT.
ASKED ME IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WHEN HE WAS FINISHED AND
IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.
