What a great experience we had with Zerorez! Everyone we dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. The guys that actually cleaned our carpets were awesome......so friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. They listened to my concerns about a troubling stain in one room. They worked extra hard to eliminate the stain. It looked fantastic when they left. I have already schedule another service with Zerorez!

Knowledge level of carpet and carpet fibers was impressive. Carpets and upholsterly looked wonderful after cleaning.
Eric was efficient and very responsible and careful as he was cleaning all the carpet areas.
It took little time for him to do the cleaning, and the cleaned areas felt almost dry after just a few hours. We waited longer to put things back just to be sure.

Very nice polite and worked quickly

I thought it was great! I was really surprised how much cleaner my tile was. I could kind of tell that there was a glaze on it, I could tell there was goo. But once it was scraped off, wow what a difference! I have already recommended Zerorez to my church group. Would highly recommend.

I like that you offer different levels of carpet cleaning, depending on the level of pet stains. Level one, Surface cleaning, level two subsurface extraction, etc etc. That way I only had the service what was needed.
The service tech Nate was excellent. He explained everything to me, was really nice, and was very honest about everything. I can tell if someone is just trying to sell me on something, or if they are sincere. He was extremely sincere!
We’ll definitely use theirs services again!
