I was completely impressed by the quality of the work performed by Adam from Zerorez. My wife and I purchased an older home and the carpet looked old, dirty and stained. Now the carpets look 100% better, pet smell gone, most of the stains are gone, well they can't perform miracles on 20 year old carpet. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone, prices are good, service is great.

Technicians have now been twice to my home. They have both been friendly, professional, timely, neat and clean. The products used are not offensive to me as I am very sensitive to chemical smells. My rugs and couches are fresh and quite obviously cleaner! I love using this company!

Carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently, and dried quickly. The technician was very personable and arrived on schedule.

We did erroneously receive a text saying our technician's truck was being taken off the route and the service would have to be rescheduled. However, when I called about it, I was informed it was a mistake and everything was done as scheduled.
