They were quick to get my son in, they listened to what he wanted done and the women cutting his hair was amazing

My son likes his hair cut, he was asking though what is the cream put on his hair to style it?..barber did a good job.
Great cut, great staff, reasonably priced
The service was excellent and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm a female with chemo-induced alopecia. I went in to have my head shaved where there is hair prior to having a new wig fitted and the service was incredible. The scalp massage was unreal and I will be back when I'm next in Burnaby.
The atmosphere, the friendly first come experience the knowledgeable staff when cutting hair and quick to and go the extra mile so I was impressed overall and like the touch of providing a beverage thru out

Good and nice staff, seem to really care about doing a great job.
Easy to get my child in there was no wait , the barber was very quick and did a fantastic job and was great with my kid. Offered him a drink and fruit snacks at the end and even gave myself and my mom a bottle of water. The appointment wasn’t even half an hour it was great !
The service and experience is always top tier. My so loves coming to see Harold for his haircuts… he is worth the wait!
