Very customer friendly. Your staff was very polite and the Establishment was kept very clean and neat. This is definitely my favorite theater in San Antonio

Very clean. Popcorn was hot and fresh. Kids liked the game area while we were waiting. Not crowded.

its a clean place, nice environment, friendly people work there. though I missed getting a free movie from the older loyalty card, its still a nice place to go see a movie.

The front of the theater isn't the most grandeur of places but the staff is always perfect and the theaters themselves are well designed and comfortable. We have several Santikos theaters nearbye but this one is the closest and we love going!

THE THEATRE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND EMPLOYEE ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THE THEATRE IS NOT BIG AT ALL SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WALK A MILE TO GET TO YOUR THEATRE. THIS THEATRE IS VERY CONVENIENT.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Location and people are very friendly. On another note, not sure if i like the new rewards process. I reached $100 and expected reward to be automatic. instead had to ask and then when i went to apply credit to a purchase it was not automatically deducted.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

At other theaters you are required to stand in line and wait for your $6+ drink to be refilled, all the while you are missing your movie. Love that you are able to refill your drink for free and that you are not having to wait inline to do so.
