I am on a restricted.diet but have to have my popcorn when I go to the movies. The manager was nice enough to make my popcorn with no salt.he didn't hesitate or make a face and I really appreciated the gesture.

Great customer service especially the Gentlemen that takes our tickets. We go to the movies at least 2 x weekly if not more

Northwest 14 is a really good theatre i enjoy the the staff the cleanliness of the theatre and the bathrooms. They take great pride in thier jobs and how diverse the theatre is.

I like the prices and that everything is clean and neat in the theater. I dont have to wait for the cashiers to get ready to take my order and someone always greets you goodbye when you leave the theater.

While not as glitzy as newer Santikos, it has been improved a lot. Prices are lower than other Santikos as well.

Most of the time there is very little waiting time and the theaters are not overcrowded.
It is also one of the theaters that are closest to my home.

I LOVE that Northwest 14 is reasonably priced. I have a big family, and the $5 matinee showing makes it more affordable to take my whole family. I recommend it to all my family and friends.
