The staff is very friendly, especially one of the ticket takers. It is not crowded and the seats don't hurt my back (back surgery). I have been taking my children here for years and love it

Palladium not as good anymore too much money people do not seem to care
Very poor service - we go to Starplex and Regal more now

Northwest is the theatre I always go to. They are not overcrowded...have great prices/specials...and have the best popcorn (hands down)!

I really like the people who work there. They are so nice and very helpful. Very understanding of my son who has Autism, he is always saying Hi to the employees and they Always smile and say Hi back!!!! Love it!!

Promt and super friendly. MY HUSBAND HAS CANCER AND HIS FAVORITE DRINK IS AN ICEE,(one of the drinks that he doesn't have a bad taste to) you guys touched my heart when the lady at the concession told me she would take his icee to us when it was ready. We will never go any where else. You all had us at Hello.
