I love this place. Its very comfortable. I can be ok going to get a good seat. I hear other places it assigned seating.. I can not be too close to screen. We've been going almost one a week.chair are comfortable' place is clean. I'm greeted with a hello. From the man who takes my ticket. Military discount always helps. Thank you.

the way I can pay a movie durant the time 4-6pm ,PLEASE don't take that away, I been invated friends and family, I paid for it which is affordable. the only think is the price of the popcorn are very pricey,but when I have a extra dollar to spend on popcorn,I will buy a drink it is nice to have a drink and a movie.
In the summer.My house don't have central a/c,so I take my family in the time 4-6 pm for a movie and a treat.
PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THE PRICE AND THE TIME FOR THE MOVIES.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Northwest is clean, friendly and inexpensive. We always go to the 4-6 showings and love that we can watch a first run movie for $5. The free drink refills, and value popcorn/drink specials also help the pocketbook. I especially appreciate that they hire people with disabilities. My only complaint is the current rewards program. I liked the old one better. We earned freebies more often.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the fast and friendly service I always experience when walking into a Santikos Theater. I also appreciate the cushioned seating very much, especially since I have back problems. I highly recommend Santikos to anyone. You have to visit Santikos at least once and you'll be hooked!

Always very friendly and helpful employees. The only disappointment I have is that the Loyalty rewards are a lot less than they used to be once you changed to the new system.
