I always go to the Northwest 14 theatre. Its not only convenient, its comfortable, the staff is always friendly, and its always clean. Ive been going there for over 25 years.

I didn't have to fight a big crowd. The people working the theater were very friendly and helpful. The theater was clean including the restrooms. It was just a pleasant surprise.

All of the personnel are always so courteous--we generally go to the Northwest 14 as my adult son is mentally handicapped, and it is easy to get in and out. I am sorry that this theater doesn't offer wine anymore, but we will continue to go anyway!!! The Santikos bonus cards are nice to as we can occasionally save on tickets or refreshments!!

I am loyal to Santikos Northwest. Always experience great customer service from Edgar (the man who directs us to the movie upon arrival). Overall....my daughters and I frequent Northwest because its affordable and we always have a great experience.

It's always a friendly experience. We like Northwest because it's smaller and not to crowded.
