What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I always like this theater because the Rush Hour Show is still $5, it's not crowded, and you haven't gone to the policy of reserved seats which I hate. I also liked that the cashier told me I had a $5 reward and let me use it right then to get in the movie for free! And the movie was outstanding! 8-)

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The building itself is older so there's not a lot of over stimulating bright flickering lights and noise as you walk into the building which I so much appreciate. Also, the staff was friendly and quick as usual during the ticket buying process and popcorn purchase. This is my go to theatre on most occasions.

They have gone in and cleaned this theatre up. They are more aware of customer service and convenience. The ticket line was long and only had one window open. I went inside and said something to the manager and he immediately opened up two more windows. There was a time that I would have not gone to this location, no matter what. I was pleasantly surprised and will go back again.
