I was the only one in the movie which awesome. I'm in a wheelchair and The manager helped me get into my seat and went got my drink for me. I had a much worse experience at the Pallidium.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I frequently visit Silverado 16, palladium and northwest 14. All great theaters. But i feel Northwest 14 gives you the best deal for your money. And the staff there are always great. So polite and and outgoing. Makes you feel at home. That's why I keep coming back.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Although there were several people in line there was sufficient coverage at the box office to keep the lines moving.
The concession staff was prompt in taking orders.

Everything! Always fresh popcorn, free refills on sodas/Icees AWESOME!! Service at the concession stand is speedy. The cashier handles the transition, their co-worker fills your order. In & out of line before the previews even start. I always get there late, so a HUGE plus for me. I sometimes for get to use my points card at the concession stand or ticket office… No worries, at the customer service desk – they add it on to my card. That is service. That is why I went almost the whole month of August to see movies at NW14. I plan to do the same the for Sept & beyond! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I like that it is never overcrowded. Always clean and pretty fast service at ticket and concession registers. And the gentleman (usher) in wheelchair always so polite and courteous. This is our favorite theater.
