How clean the theaters are and how friendly everyone is. If we have an emergency they try their best to help to get you back another day. Trust me that happened to me n they were great.

I like the theater it is has a good location but it does need some repairs. There are seats in several of the auditoriums that are broken. I know it is busy but it could could use a good cleaning But overall I like this theater.

In no particular order: $5 popcorn and drink special…..friendly staff…….that my $ goes back to the community….the $5 admission from 4-6p. Time works for me and I can go again soon.. John Santikos should be nominated for sainthood. Certainly I am not the first to suggest that.

There is no reserved seating at the Northwest cinema. That, coupled with the close parking, is why I prefer that cinema.
