Northwest is my favorite theater. Not too crowded. I know all the staff and it's close to my house. Love the $5 special between 4-6pm.

I enjoy the small to medium theatre sized & the fact that we don't ever wait long to get tickets or snacks. My only grip, & I'm assuming it was because it was late Saturday night, was that the ladies restroom was dire need of attention.

concession help is just excellent....popcorn is always nice and warm, willingness to help you when you do not know what to get...cause of prize, let you know which is better to get. sitting is excellent, cleanliness excellent. the prices on matinee good. i just love going there cause it is friendly not noisy, etc. and have recommend many of my friends and strangers of Northewest theatre and i see some have already going to this theatre and they like going there. so keep it up Northwest facility!!!!!!!!

I had a simple question an staff was not able to answer my question. My guess was this was a new employee. But they directed me to Michael Burton. He quickly responded and set up an appointment to correct my issue to my question. And since then I have been more on a Samtikos Northwest customer. I thank him so much for his genuine concern and assistance.

The employees were so friendly. They promptly took care of us when we purchased our tickets at the concession stand. When I forgot to give my rewards card, they graciously took my card and applied my points anyway.
