What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The manager at the time, Sarah, was incredible. She was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I've never had that kind of experience from a movie theater manager, she went above and beyond all her duties. The staff was all friendly and helpful, they even made sure to tell me about a $6.50 promotion going on with the concessions. My only issue was how warm the actual auditorium was, I prefer a cooler temperature when I watch movies. Overall, my experience was exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

The availability of your theater. You need to tell Corporate that Santikos needs gift cards at retail stores like HEB, WalMart, Walgreens. Especially for those last minute Gift givers. I keep getting AMC and REGAL. Cards because you are not out there. Also you for getting your Theaters and show times in the paper again.
