I have enjoyed going to the Northwest theater by myself and with my family for years. The bargain matinee is very economical and the fact that it is older and not so overwhelming as the newer theaters makes it more intimate much like an old friend.

As a senior caught a fixed income, I can't afford to go to the more expensive theaters. Also, they have a friendly staff.
the sitting, the staff is very friendly. we go there me and my boys all the time its close to home.
Staff and food everything is excellent
The Northwest theatre is my favorite movie theatre. I have been attending since 1979. Out of all the Santikos movie theatres (though all nice) I always find myself coming to the Northwest. I live over 15 miles away. I will make the drive.

I am a avid Santikos customer have been for decades. Lately the rewards program has a lot of bugs they swiped my card for Spider-Man homecoming but I got no credit for it and this last time when I went to watch war for war of the planet of the apes I wanted to use my rewards but was unable to. Those bug fixes in the system would be helpful because I love Santikos mission and want to continue being a customer

It's not as crowded, the theater is clean n staff very courteous.
I enjoy the northwest 14 location. I do not like having to have assigned seats. I have real bad arthritis on my feet and knee pains.
I can't seat at the disable area and forced to seat either high or low seating can cause pain on my joints. In all honesty if northwest 14 ever changes to be assigned seating that will be the day i will stop going to the movies.
Reason: i don't have a paper to indicate i am in pain.
If weather changes i am in severe pain.
Likes: northwest people are always friendly and helpful. Its near to my home. The movies are great.
Prices are great and of course the friendly atmosphere and staff are always a plus!

The staff is always very professional & very courteous. It is always clean. We are very pleased with the quality of the movies. Parking is always available. This is my second favorite Santiko location.
