Easy to get to, not a lot of walking. Price is right! Employees are friendly & helpful. We used to go there alot before Boerne got it's own theatre. Enjoy the seating.

my favorite is the bijou...it's where i enjoy the ambiance the most, where i like the offerings the most, and where the customer service is the best.

for me northwest is a drab sort of place but i can't complaint about the customer service; it was god. palladium i dislike...too big, too noisy, crummy customer service.

Great. A few days ago my husband and I went to the Northwest and the sound needed adjustment. I went to the front desk and informed them of the situation. A gentleman came and sat in the theater for a few minutes then left and the sound was adjusted shortly after. After that watching "Beauty and The Beast" was very enjoyable. Thank You.
