I am a regular attedee at the Embassy theater! The staff are always nice snd friendly!! Love the popcorn but can I make a suggestion? Please don't add salt for us who have high blood pressure. Let the customer salt his/her own. Sometimes I don't odet the popcorn cuz I see thrm adding salt. Other than that....Since retiring last year from 👮SAPD I go there at least twice a week!! Great theater!

The employees are very friendly, the popcorn was the best I have had in a long time.

That in the last year much had improved but still needs Much more cleaning. But the service is friendly and very pleasant. Like that it's much easier to get your drinks and not have to wait in long lines..
And that the show times are spaced far enough that if you want to see another movie it's possible. And you can purchase your tickets in advance. Though I do think the prices at the concession stand are way overpriced.
And i think that the seating in the theaters needs to be cleaned at least ones a month.
Over all I enjoy coming to this theater.

The seating is very comfortable. Areas are clean. Most important, POPCORN, is great.

I always prefer the large popcorn, and I usually remember to ask for the freshest and hotter popcorn still in the maker rather than the prestacked buckets. This time I forgot and she switched it out without a hitch which makes me so happy to say her attitude was cheerful and automatic, so sweet. P S the popcorn was great. The seats where so comfy and theater room was very nice and good ticket prices it is a nice theater.

The friendly host and the free refills on popcorn and drinks. Sometime the theaters are too cold for me but hte manager usually makes it warmer. Still they are too cold though. Thanks

Everything! I left the movie to obtain hearing devices. Got them quickly and returned to HEAR the movie! YEAH!! Staff helped to switch me to the new membership program. Very nice and helpful.
