The always friendly staff including Mary Ellen,Clint,Heather,Keri, and Martin!
all of it
The seating is comfortable, the prices are competitive and the selection of films is wide.
Everything! Staff's professionalism, cleanliness, warm popcorn, clean seats (big smile on the clean seats!!!)
Great service, food per our choice from the menu ordered was actually delicious & good seats.
Staff very friendly and patient. Variety in snacks and drinks.
Ability to pick my seat
I like the location, friendly staff, the fact that you serve beer and wine, and its always very enjoyable!
Cheap tickets and good food
Rewards program. Snack options. Movies that other theaters don't show.
The friendly staff and cleanliness.
Always very clean. Lines are fast and great customer service.
We usually go to Embassy for movies. It is close to our house.
The price of the movie between 4-6 pm. The reserve seating slows down the line to buy tickets, but it is nice to know you won't have to struggle to find a seat once you are in the theater.
It always seems to be very clean. This is important to me. I also like how your employees are dressed properly.
I like the matinee prices and the senior prices.
New layout
I like being able to choose my seat. I like the extravaganza price, which helps make it more affordable for our family to attend a movie and still afford some snacks.
Both ticket sales booth were open making the lines move quickly. The attendants working the ticket sales worked efficiently.
I like the whole movie experience nice and friendly staff
friendly customer service and clean environment
Your cleanliness in your seat reservations
First of all we are longtime Santikos fans. The groundbreaking things you company does toenhance the theatre experience are what keeps us coming back. The Embassy unit is where we usually go. It is An Old theatre but the extensive remodeling you have done there gives ita "like new" environment. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back.
Long time customer, but totally dislike reserved seating, and will go to Northwood if their times are similar. Have been avoiding embassy.
The independent films shown at Bijou
I love that it has been remodeled I seems more modern, but at the same time isn't as big as the Palladium, but just as nice.
everything but the assigned seats. during the week when there are 10 of us in the theater it seems a waste of time.
It depends of the location. I live near Embassy and we normally go to that one. They are always friendly and I like the atmosphere, all the renovations done to the place are worthwhile. I will not come cack to the Palladium. Every time we go, we have bad experiences with people talking during the show and people on their phones. One time we had a lady change a baby's diaper right next to us. This was in the upper level at the Palladium that is supposed to be just for adults. When approaching the lady she got very upset and started yelling at my husband. We told an employee and they didn't do anything. When we reported the incident to customer service downstairs after the movie, we got our tickets back. This is just one experience of several that has made me decide never go back to the Paladium. However, I love the Embassy location.
I really liked the environment of the theater and that I could reserve my seat ahead of time online.

I like everything except the seat selection process - which really slows the ticket purchase process, and which also seems especially unnecessary during light attendance times of the day/week. Otherwise I really like Santikos theaters and am a loyal customer and frequently attend (tonight will be the 4th time this week and I was out of town one night!) both Embassy 14 as well as the Bijou. I was also impressed with the late Mr Santikos' philanthropic efforts and am likewise impressed now with, and supportive of the current owner's policy to donate profits to worthy causes in the community.
