Clean restrooms, clean theater, friendly service and prompt I might add. Quality food items added to my surprise. Good selection.

I like the hometown, friendly atmosphere of Santikos. The convenience of getting your own drinks and butter speeds up the line at concessions. The prices are better than anywhere else in town. The ability to choose your seats before you get in the theater is a wonderful new service.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the theater; however, I do not like the new assigned seating policy. First, when going to movies with a group and everyone is paying for their own ticket it makes things very difficult (and holds up the line to purchase tickets). I ended up on a packed row last night and needed to go to the bathroom for over an hour but did not want to have to climb over 20 people to get out of the theater and then back to my seat.
