Small & convenient! Love the upgrades! Been coming to Embassy for 15 hrs. My favorite movie house.
Good movies and convenient show times.
I like the new reserve seating. It's a clean theatre and not overly crowded.
Isn't too crowded
Clean close to home
great theater, clean, easy to navigate, good coffee available
Great service and location.
Friendly. Great food. Great Very professional crew at all times,, plenty of parking!!!!
My wife and I appreciate the closeness of the Embassy and Palladium to our home (15 minutes or so). We like the points program - however would like to see maybe 80 points equal $5. We are seniors so our ticket prices don't add up as fast. (Please don't raise the prices for seniors anytime soon)One thing that we do not appreciate is purchasing a soft drink like a medium and then asking for a small cup so that we could share the drink. Know that some people would take advantage of this to keep getting a refill in the larger container so that the drink can be shared with their companion - but perhaps there is a way to do it. Lastly, the new choose your seat program is a bit complicated and I think maybe it should be used with first runs the opening week and not the length of the movie showing over weeks. You currently are using an usher to monitor the theatre to make sure that someone doesn't sit in reserved seats - but when the theatre is not full, people will sit anywhere and sometime it is a reserved seat. This happened to us the other night as there were people in our seats. They apologized and the usher let them take other seats. The house was not even half filled. We go to your theatres over some other movie chains.
close to my house (78232 zipcode), online ticket purchase with NEW RESERVED SEATING; good snacks!
The young girl at the concession stand, her name was Victoria, I thought was very friendly, polite and courteous. She was quick and efficient and made my concession experience fast and easy. You need to hire more people like her.
The theater was clean. The staff was friendly. The prices for the movies are affordable. The movie we went to was from 4-6pm.
It is always clean and I like the fact that I can get my own refills on drinks. I like the combo food deals and your restaurant type foods. Please come back with a Popcorn deal again. I loved having the punch card. Popcorn is so expensive.
Very courteous employees;GREAT popcorn!
I will enter to the movie I want is not so crowded
the friendliness of the staff
People are friendly
I like how friendly the staff always are, how organized it is and especially love that you serve coffee, pizza, beer and free refills on drinks.
We enjoy the Extravaganza price at Embassy. We also like that there is a drink station. And that the theater is small and comfortable. Also, this theater usually shows the movies that no other theater does. That is why we keep coming back.
Actually there is a lady who sells tickets (most of the times I go) and she is so sweet, patient and does such a great job. It is always a joy to see her. Also, as a retired special education teacher it always makes me so proud of Santikos for hiring those with special needs. The Embassy is MY theatre!
Very friendly, clean and enjoyable. We are not convinced the seating system will be effective. We selected our seats and then found we were seated next to "giggling teenagers using their iPhones." The comfort of knowing you can change seats will be uncomfortable with assigned seating. It's the difference between Southwest Airlines with open seating, and perhaps another carrier like American, with assigned seating. Not sure I like this process of selecting a seat without the ability to assess your neighbors for the next hour and a half at minimum.
Friendly personnel; very clean; good movies
The affordable prices from 4 to 6.
we really don't need reserved seating & other people feel the same way that we have talked with.
I really enjoy the special events. I saw "King John" last week and "Titus Andronicus" this week. I do have feedback concerning the new format of the Express News ads. In the old ads, the sidebars showed 'some' special events. The new format does not include these. Also, because some special events are moved or cancelled, there are no phone numbers of the individual theaters to make certain the event will be shown before going to the theater. In seeing "King John" at the Embassy, I was faced with the box office screen for choosing a seat. This was pretty silly since there were only two people, a man and myself, watching "King John." I could understand if we were talking a blockbuster but two people hardly constitute a full house. Please get rid of this extra step at the box office. OK. Advertising special events -- this absolutely is non-existent. Use Texas Public Radio, especially for the operas. Contact English professors and send flyers to Trinity, UTSA, Alamo Colleges, St Mary's. In talking to one particular English prof at UTSA, he had no idea about Stratford or Globe productions. Feel free to call me Phone number removed.
The guest services very quickly and professionally issued our movie card.
The management were very helpful regarding the new reservation required seating which took us by surprise Friday evening. There was no advance notice that we were made aware of and handicapped seating was not available for four people! The management went out of their way to assist us. That was very positive, however the inconvenience to making reservations ahead creates another obstacle into the simple ebb and flow of live. There are many times that going to a movie is a last minute decision. This new practice is difficult for seniors who have been movie goers all of their lives to have to contend with. How does this improve your business and profit margin or does it? Irritated and frustrated by another preplanning requirement of current life that infringes on freedom of movement and again is a requirement forcing more structure on the lives of us all who are not Type A personalities. While this appears to be successful for Santikos what is it doing to creative free thinking less structured individuals?
Liked new seats and that you picked reserve seats now.
It's looking more updated and I really appreciate the covering that blocks the view into the men's and ladies restrooms. Most of all, I appreciate that you now have reserved seating and all the current movies. This location is very near to my home and I visit as often as possible.

Great service!!, Good price, very clean!!
