the people at embassy are always very nice and helpful! its our favorite san antonio theatre!! It would be nice if they could find a way to fix it so that when you buy tickets online the points would go to your santikos card instead of having to always go to customer service and have them added there.

Everything. This was my first visit. I liked the movie choices, the food choices, being able to pick my seat at the box office. I know it's silly but I loved being able to control the amount of ice to soda ratio. I will most certainly return. As a matter of fact, I have plans to come back on Sunday!!!
Nice theater. I book the wrong seats, accidentally, and was quickly helped to correct my error. Very pleased with customer service.
This last visit was great and I didn't have to chose a seat at the ticket window, so the ticket buying went quickly.

We appreciate the location being close to home. Free refills on drinks and large popcorn when the whole family comes to see a movie. The assigned seating took a little getting used to but it's great to know we will be seated together, no matter when we enter the theater (online ticket buying is great).
