Love the comfy recliner seats & the yummy popcorn!

I love the embassy oaks theatre. The seats are nice and the people are very friendly plus it's rare that I can't find an open viewing at my theatre.

I absolutely love the Rim and Huebner location in San Antonio. The seats are very comfortable and very spacious. After realizing the give back to the community that Santikos is involved in, my family and co-workers only choose any Santikos theaters. The staff is very friendly at the Rialto. The theater is always clean.

Hello! I am writing this as a follow up on a prior visit to the theatre. Noted as a Monday viewing.

After first writing about a poor experience I was surprised to be contacted back and invited to attend a viewing of my choosing. My choice of "Christopher Robin" was gladly accepted and an offer for dinner for two was extended out to my fiance and I.

Soon it was show time and we arrived a little early. I spoke with Joe. He was nice and apologetic. He offered us dinner, which we accepted. We ordered the same food as our prior visit. The chips and salsa, and the gyro plate.

The gyro plate was as good as last time. No complaints there. Is it possible to upsize the fries on a plate?

The chips and salsa plate was immensely improved. The chips were perfect. They were not even a little stale. The cheese was the hottest out of my all my past purchases. The salsa was cold this visit and was much more vibrant in color. Im convinced the salsa from last time was old or sitting under a heat lamp. Last visit the salsa was warm and dark. I very much enjoyed this salsa, which was chilled. My fiance and I were pleased with the food but both agreed there was an off putting flavor in the background of the salsa. Maybe a liquid smoke flavoring? Either way if the quality at least stays the same I would have no problems continuing to purchase the plate. And I apologize for my continuing protest of the salsa. I would be lying if I said otherwise...

Arriving early means time to wait. While waiting I couldn't help but watch the Kitchen run through what I could see in the window. No earbuds on any of the 5 or 6 employees I saw. That's a plus! I also noticed Joe seemed to be on top of things and the kitchen wasnt struggling to keep up.

The viewing room was much cleaner than last time. We walked into clean floors.

The viewing started on time and all was well. Which means no crowd of people waiting to get into the theathre room (8 I believe) and blocking the soda fountain and condiments (like last time) from other guests.

Everything went smoothly and I noticed no flaws in the running of the theatre. Two thumbs up! Keep it up guys!

I will continue to come back and hope my upcoming visit will be as delightful as the last.

Always great! Comfy seats, gracious employees and cool discounts through the point system. Santikos theaters are the only ones we go to in SA and we hit a movie at least every weekend!

We appreciate the Embassy Theatre for its relatively smaller size and the great seats. That said, why not warm up the theatres. Attending in short sleeve shirts or shorts withiout.a blanket you can wind up shivering. You are or were selling blankets .. that should tell you how widespread the frustration is with too cool theatres.

I want to mention that Mr. Morris is a valuable manager. He listened very careful providing a professional service to all the customers.
Months ago I had a situation with the manager in turn from santikos embassy 14 that Mr. Morris solved completely and make me feel completely value.
I hope that all your managers handle the situations with such professionalism and kindness like Mr. Morris!..
He deserves a higher position!!

I love the reclining chairs, I have back injury & was not able to sit 2 hrs straight but with the chairs I can a just myself. Theater is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The Employees are very polite. Lots of food on menue to choice form. This is my #1 theater. OH & I love the rewards club. 👍

The Paladium in San Antonio is fantastic!!!

HOWEVER, you, Santikos ran an add and showed a military member in uniform holding a salute. WOW, must have been a very poorly trained actor. Please consult a professional and redo this clip. It is embarrassing to all military members and ultimately your company.

We always go to see latest movies at embassy
For such a newly renovated theater it was pretty dirty.bathrooms were not clean paper towels all over floor
Lobby seem extremly dirty my wife and i arrived to enjoy a cocktail
chairs were dirty and lobby couches were soil
Employees at counter seemed nice but streched thin
i will give this place another try for have not experienced such a uncleanliness visit
Not here to make waves just thought someone can do some changes for at a time this theater was on point
