What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This is my favorite theater in San Antonio by far. It’s located in a beautiful upscale area surrounded by awesome restaurants. It only is the theater the cleanest I have seen, the food choices are next to none. My favorites are the nachos and Brick Oven pizza!

I like the set up of the kiosks to buy tickets without waiting in line. The food is always hot and fresh. The self serve drinks is very convenient also. The reclining chairs is just icing on the cake. Love Santikos theatres!

Embassy is my favorite location! I love the atmosphere, the staff are helpful, polite and do a great job keeping the theater clean. They recently added a few more healthier food choices like Hummus and roasted vegetables. Overall it makes for a good afternoon or evening of entertainment! Thanks!

The theatre seats are so comfortable and spacious. The lobby is opulent. I enjoy the memorabilia. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I love being able to reserve my seat ahead of time so I don’t have to rush to find a good seat. Reclining seats are comfortable and placed nicely so you aren’t having to struggle to look over someone’s head in front of you.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. And it would be nice to be able to see rewards on the Santikos app ahead of time. But these are not dealbreakers

Overall...a great experience and I DO recommend this theater to friends.

It’s a beautiful, clean theater that delivers on the consistently great Santikos experience. It feels like stepping back in time (in a good way) with the decor. I will definitely be back!

It's comfortable, cozy, and homey. Theirs no line you get your tickets checked right away and your on your way! The only issue is the issue I have with any other movie theater. The concession stand prices are way too expensive.

I love that the auditoriums are small enough to where each seat (except the first two rows) are good seats. I also like that the butter flavoring is self service. The app could be better but for now I like that it’s pretty convenient and allows me to buy my tickets several days in advance.
