I had purchased tickets several days ago to see a show Thursday evening. On Tuesday, we found out some old friends were coming to town and Thursday night was the only time they were available to see us. I went in Paterson to the Embassy and the woman at customer service didn’t bat an eye when I asked if I could exchange the tickets for a show on Friday night. I was a very quick and painless experience. All the employees there are helpful and friendly, in my experience.

One suggestion for improvement is to have an additional bartender earlier on Thursday and Friday. Sometimes there’s a long wait for a drink.

The kindest people. From buying tickets at the window to buying snacks, I have never met a rude person working at the embassy. They are very respectful and considerate to their customers. I enjoy going at least twice a week. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience.

Very clean and friendly, the seats make you feel more at home and in a relaxed environment. Even at the snack bar, the young workers are very nice and say enjoy your movie.

I love the recliner seats. And it was clean. This is really mr favorite theater. This is the only one I love to go too. I've been to the other theaters but they aren't as nice as this one. The palladium and Casablanca are okay. But alittle out if the way.
