The staff is always friendly and the theater is very clean. I also have some back issues from getting blown up in Iraq so I can only go to theaters with the reclining seats. Thank you

This is my favorite theatre in San Antonio. Love the atmosphere, the recliners, food and easy in and out parking lot and ticket checkin. You did it right!

Convenient locations for me.
I like that you continually update the theaters.
Friendly and helpful employees.
I like the new menu of roasted vegetables and fruit/cheese trays...yum.
Easy to earn loyalty rewards.
Love the electric recliners.

I especially like that Santikos returns part of its revenue to the community through donations.

When we moved to San Antonio we began going to our normal cinema, after being countlessly disappointed we decided to give one of the Santikos a chance. We instantly made it our home cinema and have never looked back.

The recliner seating. I would like to mention the regular popcorn that order all the time is now in a bucket I definitely like the bag better. It’s easier to carry to your seat with a drink

Santikos has always been an organization that makes viewing movies more convenient and relaxing for the family. Embassy 14 in San Antonio continues to be the place my family loves to go. The staff is always friendly and amazing. The lines to order food are always short as they keep enough registers open to support the customers. The theater is always clean and the food always tastes fresh. Santikos will always remain our family's theater of choice. Great Job Embassy 14 and Santikos.

I was at the Embassy location on 9-1-2019 for my Birthday and the female manager with long dark hair was very helpful and gave us great customer service.
