Your popcorn and concession menu is delicious. The reclining chairs and stadium seating makes a wonderful movie experience.
I love the friendliness right when you enter. Then the snack/food bar, yummy! The self serve Coke AnyWay Machine is one of my favorites! Butter your own popcorn, wow what a great idea.
Then you go into the theaters and the seats!
It is like you are at a resort.
You have the best drink, popcorn, and seat your way. Why go any where else.
Oh, then you find out the wonderful prices. Too reasonable to go anywhere else.

Made a mistake booking online and went by the theater and it was corrected right away.
I just love my neighborhood theater. It’s clean, I can recline & if I chose to eat it’s available. However, the only suggestion I would have is to provide seniors some kind of food discount. I’ll be very happy 🤗.

I love santikos first in redoing theaters hated ticket seat ordering but have grown to love it. i love that you have expanded menu and mostly that you give back to the comunitee
Website will not allow a credit card charge using card on file with account. Just locks up with no error message or support. Called the theater & reported the problem. Was told to try again the next day. Had same problem next day. Had to drive to the theater to purchase my tickets. Very frustrating & very inconvenient. Reported the problem to the ticket lady & all she could say is “sorry.”

I like the fact that all the seats in the theater we go to, Embassy, are recliners. I also like the fact that if I want to get an alcoholic beverage I can. I have found all of the bartenders very knowledgeable and fun. In addition, there are enough theaters at the Embassy so that most new movies are available.
