I like that the two bums who crashed the theater at Embassy were taken care of with courtesy and respect by your staff. They are coo koo, but made the movie Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark a memorable experience.

Place is always very neat and very clean
If there is anything anywhere someone's already on their way to take care of it or anyone and it's just done

Everyone is willing to help especially with any question if they can't answer it the politely say give me a moment I'll find someone

They talked me into the rewards program and within a week I free movie and large popcorn

Love the atmosphere! The staff is so nice and accommodating! Love getting a drink at the bar and then get my popcorn, candy and Coke Icee! The reclining seats are comfortable and good size!

The theater is wonderful. The Santikos website is horrible. What is the point of having reserving seating if you can buy the tickets on the website. This is a recurring issue and frankly it is frustrating. If you are not going to have a competent webmaster that can handle your needs then replace him/her. If you do not want to replace your webmaster then you should provide points when we have to purchase ticket on Fandango. You are not being customer-friendly when we cannot buy tickets on your website and then deny loyalty points.

Fix the website.

It was nice to buy tickets inside the theater as opposed to waiting in a line outside. Signing up for the membership prior to arrival provided a few perks - like a large popcorn and a discount making it seem more special. Staff at Embassy are professional and welcoming. I felt at home. Selecting our favorite seats was simple. The reclining seats are also extremely comfortable! It has been a while since we came to the movie theater. We used to come regularly but had been busy with care giving. This was a real treat that we will again make time for - going forward!
