What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos is the only theater I go to anymore, particularly the Embassy location because it is convenient for me to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful, the theaters are comfortable and clean. I don't even bother looking at showtimes at any other theaters anymore because I am so comfortable at Santikos.

I like that purchasing tickets is so easy through the app. I also like that with my number I can also earn points at the cash register. Only thing I dislike is pricing of concessions. It's hard to take my kids and have to pay so much for food.

The theaters have very comfortable seating. The food is good although I wish there were a few more items that had less carbs. Employees are very nice and accommodating.

I have been going to the Embassy for years and never had a bad experience there. I live closer to the Galaxy and thought I'd give that theater a chance. Never again! Left 30 into a movie due to children running up and down the aisles, jumping over seats and crying. And the movie we were trying to watch was, The Turning.

Everyone at the Embassy Santikos is very friendly. They held on to a Yeti cup I left there, and we picked it up the next day. The bathrooms are always clean, and the beverage area is reasonably clean at most times. I pass another major theater to come here. I come from Spring Branch, TX, and believe we REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, need a Santikos Spring Branch, in our area!!!!!!!! PLEASE bring a theater to the Bulverde/Spring Branch area soonest!!!!!!

This place is very comfortable family friendly and I will come back here again and again
