A quiet and clean place to enjoy movies!
The recliner seats are awesome because you are not so close to a stranger and you get to recline. Pretzels could use a lot of work. I have yet to have a good one. They are too hard and sometimes burnt.
We are seniors on a fixed income, and usually go to the $dollar movie (Regal 16) or the Bijou (art theatre), even though the Embassy is our favorite.
My husband decided spur of the moment that he wanted to see Star Wars, and insisted that we buy tickets through Fandango. We were really shocked to find that we did not get any points!!! As we were standing in line, speaking to the manager about it, SEVERAL patrons behind us said the same thing. They also said they complained. I think you need to make this known, since many seniors take advantage of the perks (points) to be able to afford a movie and snacks. There was no reason for us to buy tickets in advance and pay extra.
I know you seem to want to serve the seniors of our city, but I don't see anything you do that is different than REGAL. Prices have gone up on food and drinks, so we skip the popcorn now, unless we donate bears and coats.
I would be glad to point out several things you could do to REALLY continue Louis's generosity.
All I see are hugh movie complexes with great concessions that equal greed more than community service.

I’m never disappointed at Santikos. Great customer service, great movies, clean and attractive facilities. Most importantly, comfortable seats. Concessions always clean and a great assortment of food and beverage, including alcohol.

Santikos Embassy is the BEST!! Employees are very polite & friendly they don't make you wait for anything other theaters take their time & have you wait. Embassy always goes out of their way to satisfy their customers! I rate them at an A++++++++ & THEN SOME!!

The seating space and comfort is awesome and such a treat; It’s like a “mini vacation” just 2 miles away. The food is terrific but a bit pricey to experience once a week on our family income and budget. The “food is ready” text is terrific. I LOVE this theater. In fact, it is now the only one I will go to. I love that I can reserve seats and buy tickets on-line. I love the comfy recliners. I love the excellent customer service I have always received here. And, as a member, I get points for the movie tickets & concession stand goodies I buy plus a free ticket to a movie for my birthday. Why would I ever want to go any where else?
Convenient, comfortable, less crowded matinees, great staff and show selection.
The matinee pricing should be until 6pm like it used to be.

I love the comfort of the theater, the atmosphere and how relaxing I feel watching the movies that are available. I would highly recommend Santikos Theaters to my family and friends. The staff is very courteous and helpful. My favorite place to be.

I think it's weird that the Embassy folks weren't scanning the QR code - what prevents people coming in and watching a movie that haven't paid - that said, the Embassy with the lounge chair seats is my FAVORITE movie theater - love the location and that it's not too big - love the remodel that you all did several years ago - good job!
