What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everything, the food the seats the tables in the theaters, the staff, the entry way sitting area. What I would like to See now that 35% of Americans are on some kind of Protein diet are cheese items nuts fruits, the cheese tray was my absolute favorite thing I was sadden you stop serving them! it would mean a lot just to give us a protein meat And Cheese tray To eat. That would be a home run! I love what you have done and are doing no one can Get my movie business. Also a Pizza type Pepperoni and cheese offering with no crust. They are staring to do this in Itialian resturants knowing so many are one protein diets now. God bless that you! Your the best in the business Dan Kruse

There's a PERSON at a TICKET COUNTER. I don't have to go stand in the concession line waiting to buy a ticket.

But then again, why should a customer have to pay more to purchase a ticket online thereby avoiding having to stand in line entirely. I see it as doing you a favor and having to pay for it.

Love going to Santikos it is very comfortable,luv the recliner chairs very very clean and neat areas, food is delicious,my kids love it here I will def rate this Santikos a 10+.

Santikos theaters (Embassy location anyway) has the cleanest and best accommodations, great food and wonderful service. We love going here if the movie we want to see is playing.

Santikos is the only theater I go to anymore, particularly the Embassy location because it is convenient for me to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful, the theaters are comfortable and clean. I don't even bother looking at showtimes at any other theaters anymore because I am so comfortable at Santikos.

I like that purchasing tickets is so easy through the app. I also like that with my number I can also earn points at the cash register. Only thing I dislike is pricing of concessions. It's hard to take my kids and have to pay so much for food.
