Seemed like it was easier to purchase on line this time. I haven’t purchased on line since before the pandemic started, but this was easy, even with a gift certificate that was scanned in.

The theatre is clean and nice. I really love the high-end decor. The seats are comfortable. Santikos is an enjoyable move theatre experience.

I accidentally reserved at the wrong theatre and they were able to accomodate me to the palladium very swiftly. avoided ruining our first movie date night in a long time (since covid).

It was our first time there. We were blown away by this place. The staff was excellent! Friendly, and had a great attitude. The place was all decorated and it felt like the most normal place we have been in through this pandemic. Plus your theatre was very clean and we really appreciate that. It has quickly become our first choice for our movie dates. Thank You and All the staff for a wonderful experience.
