Last night was our first night back since beginning of 2020... everything was clean, associates were so sweet and warm....glad to be back at embassy.

Everything! It was my first movie since Jan. Everyone was so professional and the theatre was spotless. Loved the gloves by the beverage stand. One thing though. I never got an email about your honoring veterans and learned that all veterans got a free movie on veterans day. I would have loved that. Such a nice gesture in light of the financial suffering you have had to go through with the lockdown from COVID.

Great customer service extremely clean and everyone maintained their locations clean, from concessions to the bathrooms! This is why we felt safe going to the movies amid the pandemic.
