Everything and everyone is helpful
I ordered my ticket at Kiosk and did not get my points. This isn't the first time. I talked to a man who helped me and assured me that I did get my points for that night. He was friendly and courteous. Good customer service. My adult and teenage kids enjoy Santikos. We will see movies at most Santikos theaters and are pleasantly surprised that we have even had good customer service at the southside Myan location.
The chess burger and fries was fresh. And I was hungry . Got it just in time for the movie.

The customer service is excellent. The theater is clean. The food and drink selections are great. In addition to all this mentioned is the prices, which are reasonable.

Great Workers. Kept clean. Only thing I would change is all the kids people in the theater. Sometime you can't even watch a movie because people talking and on their phone
