Courteous employees-Thank you guys!!! Welcoming atmosphere. And, the most comfortable recliners in your whole movie chain!!! For these reasons, I travel cross-town to go to the Mayan!!

Service is polite,no long waits in any lines.I've had questions at times and they are always ready and willing to help out.Cleanliness,I LOVE THE WAY WE ARE FREE TO GET OUR OWN POPCORN THE WAY WE LIKE IT.THAT GOES FOR THE DRINKS TO.I LOVE THE SEATS.TO MY FAMILY AND I THERE'S NO OTHER THEATER LIKE THE MAYAN.GAME ROOM IS FUN TOO!👍

I like being able to fill up my own popcorn and determine my own drinks no pressure. I also love the seats. They are very comfortable in the theater is usually very clean.

I love going to the Mayan. It is very comfortable, I love getting my own refills of popcorn and drink. I get coupons for free popcorn which I really love.

Bought tickets for Friday evening show- both my kids came down with colds that same day. Called the customer service line & spoke w/Davina. They were exceptionally friendly and took the time to answer all my questions in detail- end result was a full refund. Davina took the opportunity to explain the refund process (greatly appreciated) .Received a prompt email - very excited to re-purchase tickets & visit the Mayan when we’re well enough to do so.

Clean and friendly service management helped us out on our seating we did not realize our seats were high up and he helped us out change them for closer seats
