Great location and I love the reclining seats. Also, I enjoy mixing my own soda and pouring the butter on the popcorn. It’s important to me that Santikos gives so much to the community.

The auditorium had some technical issues (that were no ones fault - tech issues happen) and once I expressed my concerns I got a fairly quick response. Roy with customer service went above and beyond! He asked what my issues were and how to resolve them. He was great and honestly the fastest and most genuine conversation through email I've had with customer service. 10 out of 10! And of course I'll be returning to a Santikos theater soon!

I thank you for military mondays.
The person I purchased my ticket through didn't know what I was talking about , so I asked him to talk to a manager about the offer. He finally found out about the $5.00 military price. Then I asked about the $5.00 popcorn and $5.00 drink , well he said there was no such thing. As I was looking for my email on my phone, I asked the other lady that was next to him selling tickets she knew what I was talking about and showed your employee which button to use. I almost left but thank God one of your employees was informed about Military Mondays.
I know I'll be back on mondays to see other movies.

Santikos’ Mayan theater has the ultimate seating with their exclusive recliner option available throughout the most of the theater- it makes for a very comfortable viewing experience superior to the regular types of theater seating found in other Cinemas.

I appreciate customer service reaching out to me to correct the bathroom issues in the Mayan Theater. The customer service in the theater is very good. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. Everyone is doing something and not just standing around. I love that the workers look like they enjoy tbier job.
