Only problem I noticed was some seats are getting a little worn out.
Everything and everyone is helpful
I ordered my ticket at Kiosk and did not get my points. This isn't the first time. I talked to a man who helped me and assured me that I did get my points for that night. He was friendly and courteous. Good customer service. My adult and teenage kids enjoy Santikos. We will see movies at most Santikos theaters and are pleasantly surprised that we have even had good customer service at the southside Myan location.
The chess burger and fries was fresh. And I was hungry . Got it just in time for the movie.

The customer service is excellent. The theater is clean. The food and drink selections are great. In addition to all this mentioned is the prices, which are reasonable.

Great Workers. Kept clean. Only thing I would change is all the kids people in the theater. Sometime you can't even watch a movie because people talking and on their phone

The wide walkthrough in the rows. The recliner seats. The admission at reasonable price not overpriced like the others. Wish the sodas were cheaper.
I love the friendly employees, the great hot fresh food and pop corn. I also love how the soda station is always clean and well stocked. Speaking of well stocked, the condiments counter is always top knotch and spotless. I love going here. It makes going to see a movie enjoyable.
Although, the condition of the recliners at the Mayan did not meet my expectations, Roy Salinas was kind enough to ensure me this has been on their priority list to get taken care of. He also went above and beyond and provided me with vouchers to use at any Santikos theater. I really look forward to visiting the Mayan location once the recliners have been reupholstered.
