The staff and its close to home

Cleanliness, sound was good but, sitting in the back row for Dune II, I did hear some noise or movement and that was distracting. Otherwise, a good experience.

The people who work at the theater are always welcoming and helpful. These days customer service has really gone downhill across the board. It is refreshing to go somewhere where the employees want to engage with their customers.

I like coming to Santikos Palladium to watch movies in IMAX. The only reason I gave a 9 out of 10, is because Thursday, April 11 I watched the movie “Civil War.” When I came to my seat I found popcorn wedged in my seat. I could understand popcorn on the seat if this was the second or third feature that night, However, this was the first feature of the night, which means it was left over from the previous night.

I went to see Godzilla X Kong the new empire in the IMAX theater. This film had scenes for IMAX where it used the full screen! Its been a few years since I been to this theater room as I usually see movies in AVX now. The seats were different from what I remember and each seat now has a table for holding your food which is great. My only issue was that the audio was just a tiny bit too loud but overall great experience.

I.live the giant screen and the amazing sound. Theater is always clean. Seating could do a bit more. Still a bit tiresome to sit for 2+ on these seats. Most great films are longer than 2hrs
