After having a bad experience at the movie, the manager more than made up for it. It is vey comforting to know that there are mangers who take accountability and take care of their customers. That is why I will continue to attend this theater.

I loved everything, the movie was great and everything was really clean and efficient. But the one thing i would change is the UI on the kiosks. Trying to find the pick up tickets button is really hard.

It is my opinion that Santikos theaters have the best overall movie experience in San Antonio area. The Palladium theater is where I see most of the movies, and I appreciate the speed and ease at which the whole process works from ticket buying to concessions. They really have the customer service part of the job down to perfection.
Always have a wonderful time when at Santikos. However, I wish the concession prices where lower.

Took my son to see Kung Fu Panda 4 for his birthday. The establishment was clean. The staff team had excellent service and were polite. The theatre was clean as well. Overall we enjoyed the experience and will likely return soon. Thank you.
