The theaters are comfortable and clean. Staff is nice. The concessions have some grouping deals which helps a lot when buying for a family.

We love and support Santikos. BUT you have a big problem. Please consider and find a way to reduce the ticket price when they are bought online. Everyone understands and accepts the 3% surcharges CC companies require, but to add such huge charges to the total when purchased online is egregious.

Perhaps there is some legacy thinking that it is somehow a big convenience but that is antiquated thinking in the current competitive environment for entertainment dollars.

Because of the ability to reserve a seat online, it makes it a gamble to wait and purchase in person because you may not find be able to find seats together. It therefore, it is NOT just a convenience and therefore a necessary and justifiable surcharge, it is almost compulsory that you purchase tickets in advance.

We believe in the mission and have supported Santikos for years. I urge you to figure out an alternative system. The stakes are too high to ignore.
