I appreciate that Santikos honors Service Members and First Responders to reduced movies, soft drinks and popcorn on Mondays. However, it can get confusing as not all theaters, within Santikos, honor the discount depending on the type of movie venue. Ie, IMAX, ATX, etc.

HOWEVER, I HAD TO CALL GUEST SERVICES AS WE MISSED THE ENTIRE VISUALS ON THE UPCOMING MOVIES SOUND WAS THERE...WE WERE A HANDFUL IN THE AUDIENCE

The outdoor lighting is excellent, and I feel safe when I park. The theatre is clean, and the employees are polite and friendly. Also, I can count on there being a good movie listed.

We go see a movie at Santikos Palladium theater almost every week and love the experience. It is located only 10 minutes from where we live, the theater is always clean, and the food is great. We especially like the movie experience itself. The movies screens are large and have surround sound and nice reclining seats. It's a great place to watch a movie and Santikos gives back to the San Antonio community.
