For the most part it's a pretty good experience. At times we'll encounter non motivated staff members but they're young, so you pretty much expect this already. Other than that, good experiences.

I love how friendly the environment is, and how nice the theaters are with all the amenities and gaming, the Palladium is definitely one of my top 3 theaters here in San Antonio, I really enjoy watching movies here, keep up the great work!!

I love the convenience of booking before hand and the friendly service. I've recommended the palladium to all my friends and I make sure to catch all the Marvel movies in IMAX 3D.

Everything! Theaters, food, employees! Only thing is suggest is better staff at coffe bar. They are usually rude and don't know how to make the drinks.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like going to Santikos at Palladium for a number of reasons. I usually reserve a seat in a theater in advance, so I know I will be sitting in a good place to watch the movie. The concession lines are generally short and move quickly, and I especially like the soda machines where I can choose and get my own drink. Finally, I always use my Santikos reward card to rack up points for every purchase which I can use for free items at the concession area or free tickets. Santikos makes going to the theater an enjoyable experience, and they are a class organization!

I usually sit in the middle, in the very back row mainly because I can actually see the entire screen.
The "sweet spot" is usually dependent on the sound system implemented, but I'd say a few rows from the back, in the middle would get you the best audio experience while still being able to see the enormous screen in its entirety
