What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Hello, I typically have a great experience with your theaters, however, on my last visit the recliner was not working (Aud 11 seat G-7). I also heard someone else on the same row say theirs was not working either. Please look into this issue as it is convenience that made me switch from Silverado to Palladium. Also, I used to be able to add movie passes on my iPhone to the Wallet App. I recently changed my phone to a iPhone X and this no longer works. Is it possible that your app has not been optimized for iPhone X in that aspect?

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I appreciate that when I see a movie at a Santikos theatre, San Antonio benefits from the foundation gift.

I really love the convenience of food and movies such as at the Bijou and the Palladium, which has the most wonderful seats! At both theatres my friends and I can meet early and visit over a beverage and snack prior to the movie.

I love the new recliners and I LOVE THE new design inside! I’ve always preferred the Palladium but the recliners really add to it.

the stadium seating was amazing then we found that our chairs reclined, wow, it was so nice the most comfortable we ever sat at a movie, the only complaint it was freezing, I kept my coat on but my feet were extremely cold and my hands, the weather turned cold outside but they didn't adjust the temp in the theatre and it was so cold.
