The cleaninless of the theatre. The different options of snacks and drinks. The reclining seats. I especially loved that you had the Spanish dubbed version of CoCo.

Awesome new renovations! Reclining seats, movable food trays, lots of leg room and no need to move for someone to walk by...and food and popcorn ordering all from the same line, no need to go to different areas to order food and popcorn. Awesome updates! Plus...Santikos gives back to our community! What better place to spend our money than a place that donates large portions of it back into our very own community! LOVE Santikos!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Our experience was great, the lobby could use a little tidy up, there was popcorn on the floor and other small trash. Also the fountain drink sections needed to be cleaned up. The restrooms were out of liquid soap and some toilets were not flushed (not your fault); add some air freshener in the restrooms please.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Cleanliness, service, the only thing is they just need to open more ticket counters. It’s not good business to have one window open in the middle of the day on Saturday when majority of the showings are sold out AND there are no kiosks available to print your tickets if you bought them online like I did. I had to wait behind two women who went thru at least 6 different showings before deciding they would come back just to print my tickets. Smh.

Customer service from meshell at palladium at the rim in San Antonio Texas is one of the biggest reasons we keep returning. Also now that the seats have been upgraded it makes the movie experience better as well .

New seats are neat... what was not liked was the 3 year old making noice the entire movie. Children that young shouldn’t be alllwed in movies that are not age appropriate.
