Clean restrooms and snack area. Like to put butter on my own popcorn and the right amount of ice in my cup for my drink. The beverage selection is AWESOME!!

The movie part is great, however a concession employee by the name of Jonathan needs to learn customer service skills. Very cold and univiting. Not to mention there must have been five workers at one register just looking at you with not a friendly expression on any of their faces. If they were training maybe something should have been said or something on the name tag that said "in training", this would go a long way with the customer and understanding the situation.

Great theater; would like more digital 'super' 3D projection theaters. Food is good; service is good. We have been going since the Palladium was opened.

Easy to reserve your seats with online app . Would like recliner leather seats and I think you're working on that now. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love Santikos theaters. Santikos has the most locations out of all the other competitors and money that goes in, also comes back out to help the San Antonio community. I love the reward program and buying tickets through the website. I'm able to pick my seats ahead of time and if something happens, I'm able to painlessly return my tickets if I'm unable to use them.
I would like to see a rewards program more like Regal theaters though. They let you rack up your points on almost everything, allow you to use your points online towards concessions, movie tickets, and my personal favorite: movie exclusive merchandise. While I LOVE Santikos, I must admit that I've been using Regal more this last year so I can earn points and cash them in on movie exclusive merchandise. It's a win/win!
I know there's always opportunity for improvement, but Santikos is a wonderful theater chain that is continually getting better. Please keep up the good work! I'm looking forward to many years of seeing y'all at the movies! Thank you, Santikos! :)
