Our family loves it. We go to the Palladium at the Rim and the staff there is friendly and helpful. (The same can be said about the Casa Blanca staff). We go to the Rim because the recliner seats are with every screen but the IMAX and are fantastic. The sound in the large theaters is amazing and it's always very clean. The food is solid too. We bring friends with us all the time and go to the bar. The point system is also Great. We go so often that we always get a food item for free lol Plus, I love that the money go back into the community. It feels good know that.

The entire experience is excellent. Starting with the staff, concessions, and the of course the view of the enormous IMAX screen. There is just no other way to view a movie!

Everything about seeing an IMAX movie at Palladium is great. The seats are fantastic, great selection of food and drinks, and the app makes it easy to buy tickets and choose seat before you arrive. Always my first choice for seeing a movie.
Honestly best theater chain I have ever had the chance to visit . Military guy here and big fan of the Monday deals .

It's a great theater. Staff is friendly and the quality of the auditoriums are very good. Food is pretty decent as well.
Two issues for me.
1. The blue lights in the hallways on the either side of the IMAX auditorium are a bit too bright and creates a blue hue on the bottom right and left parts of the screen during dark scenes of a movie. Can be somewhat ignored but still keeps the screen from looking great 100 percent of the time.
2. I only experienced this during the Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga film, but the bass/subwoofers were really low or completely missing during that whole movie in the IMAX auditorium. I rewatched that movie in a regular auditorium and the bass was on and much better.
Other than those two issues, it's a great IMAX auditorium. Overall, great theater.

Love the theater - the bathroom usually smell pretty bad and the icee machines are usually down or watery BUT we still go to almost every new movie so thank you
