It was awesome. I love this place.

I enjoyed it very much. The staff was very pleasant at the main counter. We needed some assistance and they were very happy to assist. The drinks are the bar was excellent and the pizza was good--not great--but good. Over all, it was a pleasant evening.

The staff was friendly and the entire movie theater was clean, from the lobby to the restrooms and theater itself. I like the variety of drink options that the bar had. I used an e-gift card to purchase my Beetlejuice tickets online and it was such an easy process. I will definitely be returning to this theater again.

We always enjoy the Palladium, as it’s the only theater we go to. Always friendly associates, good food, and comfortable seating.

Great seats and good customer service. Only issue is with headsets for hearing impaired. I've gotten them three time and twice they were for vision impaired and were describing the scene. Please mark the headsets for hearing or vision impaired and retrain your cashiers.

Going to a movie at Santikos is a very pleasant experience. The seats are very comfortable and the snacks are very good.

Very clean theater, arcade room and the Recliner chairs looked new. This is my new favorite Theater 💜

Palladium has always been a wonderful experience, though I miss the sushi and wider selection of foods available.

Great sandwich. I ordered from the restaurant side on Friday at 5:45. Casablanca seems to have a more friendly staff. More eye contact, more smiles, more thank yous. It’s a noticeable difference. Not enough to be upsetting, but enough to mention here.

Santikos Palladium has comfortable seats that go back. You can order food and have it delivered to you at your seat in the theater, though we have picked up the food we have ordered. We love seeing movies at the Palladium!

I appreciate the professionalism of the associates, and the environment in which to watch a movie.

As you entered, the associate was very friendly in purchasing the tickets. She smiled and took her order. The associate at the register for confessions was very helpful. Try to have a conversation and make it a fun experience. As we used the women’s restroom, they were clean with the necessary supplies, the movie theater carpet was rather going, and you saw all the stains of all the drinks and items that had spilt over some of the trays for the movie theater needed it to be adjusted as a lot of them were just flopping

I met my girlfriends for cocktails at the theatre bar, staff was very nice and professional the bar area was nice and clean. One thing that I did not enjoy was the noise and vibration from the movie showing in the theatre next to ours.
