Santikis theaters has always been my favorite. I refuse to go to any other theaters unless I absolutely have to. My family knows I will only visit santos theaters. In my opinion they have the best accommodations and customer service.
I actually loved the reclining seats. I usually go to Embassy since it’s closer and I was not expecting much when looking at the seating chart.
Clean facility, reclining seats, good food (though expensive).
Online the show was scheduled for 8:10, but when I got to the theater it was 8:40.

I’ve been coming to the Theater ever since it opened. I’ve always loved the design outside the building with a tall pillars. The concessions areas are always nicely, cleaned, and well updated as well as the restrooms.
It’s very clean and staff are very fun to talk to. Everyone assist you when you have questions or concerns. Since I have been a long-term customer, still today I go see movies with my own teenage daughter and recently I was on my way to this movie theater and I got a flat tire along the way.
It was very sad and I was a little upset and I had been calling, but the service desk was closed for the evening because it was a late showing. I didn’t stay on the phone long enough to hear that you could leave a voicemail until I called back about the seventh time and finally listened all the way and I did leave a voicemail about my situation and was requesting to see if I could see the movie another day.
I did get an email that I was able to get a refund and I truly appreciate that. At the beginning of your movies you always have previews of asking customers to keep down. Keep your phones sounds off, one of those people on the preview is an employee of mine that I worked with on a daily basis.
So I can actually say that not only im I a great customer. I know someone that contribute to your great service and provides good quality service for the customers that are watching your movies. I just wanna say thank you for being so respectful of my horrible situation I had. Thank you for being very understanding and refunding me my money back to see another movie on another day on good terms.
This is why I continue use my services at this location, because doing the right thing does pays a great deed a long way. thank you and thank you for making me feel like a loyal, long-term customer.

The place is always looking in spotless and top condition. The staff always greets you and and friendly. Not just this place but all locations.

We love the military Monday tickets and popcorn. I struggle with ptsd and how unaffordable taking my wife and child to the movies can be. It gives me not only a quieter, less packed theater experience but means I can buy them a couple extras to enjoy a movie. It really makes a world of difference and while possible it was intentional, I appreciate it even if it wasn’t.

Every time I go to see a movie, I'd perfer to see it in IMAX at Santikos palladium. The experience in there is phenomenal.
The Palladium is one of the nicest and most modern theaters of the Santikos lineup. My go-to is Galaxy, because it's very close to where I live and I love it. But if I want a bougie experience or to see something on AVX, like Dune 2, then I'll opt for Palladium!
