Santikos has always delivered on comfort, style, customer service and experience. Being as all profits are donated , I wish y’all would make movies affordable again, $75 for 2 people to a movie with snacks is out of control.

The popcorn was delicious, loved all the drink options, the recliners were comfy and loved having the tray, the sound and picture in the AVX theater were outstanding!

The ease, friendliness, clean
Everything. The prices are perfect and reasonable, the staff have always been more than amazing, and the VIP theatres are the best place to enjoy a great movie.

The place very nice
I hadn’t gone for a while to the movies and a lot has changed. Everything is more computer hands on. I’m old fashion, 58 years old and so is my cousin. We didn’t know what to do. Usually you have plenty of people helping now there was a few. Those few will need to clean up more for all these folks. It’s not as quick as in person!

The VIP experience was awesome
Love the palladium used to work there had my 21st birthday best birthday i couldve ever asked for plus all the associates knew me so it was better experience i rate the palladium 5 stars and a scale of 1-10 from 1 being the worst and 10 as the best a 10 for sure.
We always appreciate that Santikos has such great facilities and the staff are friendly and helpful. Of course, having options for food and drinks is also a big benefit.
We provided feedback on our last movie-going experience at the Palladium where we didn't have the best experience, and to our pleasant surprise Robert Palacios reached out to us and immediately addressed our feedback. He provided excellent customer service and genuine empathy for our experience. This is why we will continue to make Palladium our theater of choice.
