Good customer service. The theatres are clean and well kept. I like being able to choose my own seat, which is very spacious. Overall good place to see the movies

We drive all the way across the city from I-410 and Starcrest just to go exclusively to the Palladium! You have plenty of theaters, plenty of movie choices, and even a variety of viewing formats. What's NOT to love??? My only "complaint" is that I can no longer buy gelato at your location. You even used to have a separate vendor stand for it. But, if that's the worse thing that happens in my life, I'll get by, somehow... ;-)

i Love that it is clean, the recliners are comfortable, there is a good selection of movies and ordering a picking up food is easy, not to mention the food is actually good.

Plus Santikos gives back to the community so it is money well spent.

I love the new VIP seating! My wife and I stopped going to the movies for a while because no matter what time or day we went, there was always SOMEONE talking or on their phones. We really appreciate the new seating and love how it makes every trip to the movies feel like a real VIP experience!

It's pretty comfortable depending on who's sitting next to you. Prices are way better than Regal Cinemas, Palladium is clean and I was offered the reward deal for $8 bucks, can't beat it! This has been my go-to theater since you guys opened, beers cold, everyone is awesome!
