For me customer service is everything. The stuff at the Palladium are extremely friendly helpful and attentive. My wife and I movie watching experience has always been a great one at the Palladium.

The quality of picture and sound is great, the reclining chairs and thater seating are great incentives to come back to the theater, as opposed to waiting for the bluray.

Unfortunately we did not get to visit the theater. We booked tickets for another theater and were not able to view movie as expected. We wanted to see if we can use as credit toward same movie another night. we had to see another movie that same night at your sister theater instead.

Friendly staff especially at the bar. Plus, my husband and I admire that the Palladium hires disabled personnel. I also like the additional options for food .

Workers are friendly. The place is clean. The food and popcorn are goood. Love the recliner chairs. Can’t hardly wait until you are open for business in Schertz/Cibolo location.

We visited The Paladium and took advance of the VIP package that we didn’t know existed. It was awesome and very cozy and functional. We have visited Alamo draft house before and the dinner and movie concept and reclining seats are so much better at The Paladium. We definitely will take advantage of the VIP tickets in the future.
