Palladium staff, as with all Santikos teams in my experience, is always helpful and friendly and welcoming. I am a frequent visitor, and I’ve also been in the service industry for 25 years so I notice and care about these things. Met two managers last night 10/22 with a family group, and both were very engaging and nice with my family. The male manager was exceptionally nice to my children and my parents. Seems like the bar area (Josh, full bar, menu items, all thumbs up), front ticketing office, and floor staff (cleaning crew - place is always spotless) have consistent familiar faces every time I visit - always a good sign for mgmt. And while concession area appears to have more attrition (which I know is more common for younger employees), they are always helpful and seemingly well-trained, and almost always very friendly. I’m sure you also care quite a bit about your team promoting your rewards programs, and I can confirm that I am asked about it on every visit, usually more than once, and I was never “pushed” uncomfortably to join prior to my signing up - simply reminded on my visits, which was appreciated and eventually led me to joining. Keep it up. It’s a tough business, and you you guys are doing a great job. 99/100, and the only missing point is because I feel nervous about my car in the parking lot - which has little to do with you and everything to do with the area being such a target. I’ve had my vehicle broken into there, so this is just a personal thing. I’m well aware of the issues, expenses, and liabilities with a business taking on this problem head-on and adding addtl surveillance, deterrents, and security, but just throwing it out there. Obviously hasn’t stopped me from returning regularly. :) Best of success to your team.

I love the variety of movies, comfortable seating and the food, drinks are a good variety. The employees there are mostly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Iam a card holder and the points come in handy when I take the whole family out.

It was a great experience and we really enjoyed ourselves but the seats in the IMAX theater don't compare favorably with any of the other Santikos formats we've seen movies in. Other than the seats everything was great.

I come to the Palladium often and Madison up at the bar is always the best part of my experience, knows her craft very well and always meets everyone with a smile. Never fails to get the drink perfectly and goes the extra step to ensure it's exactly to your liking.
I don't know what y'all did to get her, but y'all need to keep her.
