THE POPCORN!!! I love the cleanliness of the theater, the recliner seating and the space in between the rows. Also the picture and sound quality are awesome!! I love coming to this place!

The reclining seats and plenty of walk way room made it absolutely worth paying the small price difference from other Santikos theaters in my area. I was also able to exchange tickets I bought on the Santikos app for another movie more suitable for my 7 yr old daughter at the customer service desk with ease. Only issue that arised is that I exchanged a child and an adult matinee ticket and was charged the difference for 2 adult evening tickets in error. I didn’t notice it until after I was home.

Santikos palladium is my favorite theater. I only recommend putting in recliner seats in the imax theatre and adjusting the sound. The last movie I saw the music and sound affects were louder than the actors talking so it was hard to tell what they said. I saw that same movie again in a different theatre and it was fine

Honestly, between DC, Atlanta, Miami, Nashville. Santikos Theater at the Rim in San Antonio, is by far my favorite.

I remeber when Grand Torino permiered, the scene hit where Clint Eastwood coughed blood into the sink. At the time I had just found out my father an Old School Marine had been diagnosed with throat cancer.
The sound system and the setting of the room and a good audience allowed all of us to really get into the movie.

I obviously had a difficult time watching a man that reminded me very much of my father cough up blood and a man that has the same attitude as him. I started tearing up so bad I had to leave, I couldn’t finish the movie. However unfortunate, there’s no way I couldn’t have gotten so into the movie without the comfortable setting. I truly wish your theater great success and I will keep doing country music and glady spending money there.
